McKenzie Construction has been awarded a contract to build the new Mercedes-Benz of Virginia Beach on Virginia Beach Blvd. near Town Center. The project involves demolishing the existing dealership building and constructing a new 40,000 sf Showroom & Service Facility for the brand.
 
 
 

 

 McKenzie Construction has been awarded a contract to build the new Signature at Pembroke Mall retail shopping space in Virginia Beach. The project involves demolishing the existing food service court and converting the area into a new retail shopping area.

 

   

   McKenzie Construction has been awarded a contract to provide design/build construction services for the New Virginia Beach Spec Ops Forensics/Evidence Storage Facility. This 32,000 sf LEED certified , state-of-the art facility, will house the administrative, training & operational offices for the City's Police Special Operations Department.

    

McKenzie Construction has been awarded a contract to build a new Marshalls Department Store at the Brenneman Farms Marketplace in Virginia Beach. The store is scheduled for a Spring, 2013 opening.
